Join us July 21st for our Discovery Lab on marine debris on the CBNERR Facebook page! Our guest speaker Sam Athey, a Ph.D. candidate in Earth Sciences at the University of Toronto, will help us understand where microfibers and microplastics in our oceans are coming from and how they get into our waters. She will also discuss ways in which we may be able to slow the release of these pollutants into our waterways. 


Sam and the CBNERR Education Team will be online from 6-7pm to answer any questions you have in the comments section. See you then!
