Each year, the Department of Government invites a distinguished alum to be the Baxter/Ward Fellow and give a public talk. We are very pleased to announce that Catherine Carroll '98 is this year?s speaker. Ms. Carroll is partner-in-charge of the Washington, D.C., office of WilmerHale, one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the country. Ms. Carroll has argued cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and several federal appellate courts.
