This semester, Fitness and Wellness is excited to offer seven small group trainings! Offerings include four sections of Women in the Weight room, a ladies only lifting class, two sections of Self Defense, and several new classes! In X-Fit, get a high intensity functional workout that will make you stronger, faster, and more agile in just four weeks with Bradley and Hannah. In the Big 3, learn and perfect your technique in the bench press, squat, and deadlift and learn accessory movements with Bradley and Hannah. In Dance Fitness,  learn new moves to use on the dance floor and get a cardio workout with Hailey. In Yoga 101, learn new asanas and the philosophy behind yoga with Kate.
