The 7th Annual W&M Youth Filmmaking Institute gives Williamsburg-area middle and high school students hands-on experience in making films. It takes place in Swem's Reeder Media Center over the weekend of October 27 & 28.
The program includes presentations and workshops led by W&M staff and student mentors, and culminates in a free, public screening of all student group film projects. This year includes new workshop opportunities available for new and returning young filmmakers.
