This is Heal's second annual collaborative Self Care Fair! The purpose of the event is to demonstrate the many different forms that self-care can take by various clubs/groups run a station with examples or demonstrations of that activity. Our goal is to have a diverse representation of clubs to reach as many people as we can. Self-care is an important aspect of mental health but is often ignored in order to do more "productive" tasks, especially on a stress-oriented campus like William & Mary. We'd like to show people the value and power in taking a moment for yourself.
