The Virginia Coastal Policy Center will host its last webinar of the fall semester on November 18 on the topic, "Liability in the Face of a Changing Climate."

Partnering with the Environmental Law Section of the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Coastal Policy Center at William & Mary Law School will host a panel discussion to explore potential liability issues associated with state government, local government, and private sector actions to adapt to climate change. Panelists include Kay Wilson, Virginia Beach City Attorney’s Office; David Paylor, Director, Virginia Department of Environmental Quality; Trip Pollard, Southern Environmental Law Center; and Bill Franczek, Vandeventer Black LLP.
