Breathing techniques are powerful easy to learn skills to help individuals manage stress. Mindful breathing can enhance life satisfaction and wellbeing. Breathe is a 15-30 minute workshop. A variety of breathing techniques to foster relaxation, self-care and enhanced concentration will be presented. Each week a different breathing approach will be taught and practiced. No appointment is necessary to participate.
