Location

The campus grounds, here at William & Mary, are teeming with beauty and rich opportunities to restore and balance one's body and mind even in the midst of a busy schedule. During this Wilderness Wander, participants will use the lens of mindful awareness to tune in more deeply to the expansiveness of nature as they move parts of campus grounds. Please dress for the weather although a small amount of time will be held indoors at the beginning and the end.

We will be meeting in the Sadler Center, Chesapeake A before moving outdoors. Participation is limited, register online at wellness.wm.edu and search "Wilderness".
