Program Description:

William & Mary's summer program in Prague will include guided excursions to sites of cultural interest, including Cesky Krumlov. Students will also attend local opera, a music festival, and orchestra performances. Other excursions may include overnight trips to Berlin, Vienna or Brno.

Course Information:

Students will earn 7 credits. There is a mandatory 1 credit conversational Czech language course, and students will also pick two courses. Summer 2022 courses will be:

Jewish History (3 credits)

ENGL 465: 21st-Century Museum Studies in Context--Prague (taught by W&M faculty) ( 3 credits)

ARTH 252: Czech & European Art & Architecture (3 credits)

MDLL 360: Czech Language (1 credit)
