More than 50 species of mammals are found in the York River and its watershed, including some visiting dolphins and manatees! Join Sandra Erdle from the Chesapeake Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve in VA as she showcases native Virginia mammals, including pelts and skulls from a few species! Learn the importance of mammals to our ecosystem and what adaptations they have to survive in the Chesapeake Bay and its watershed.
