[PAST EVENT] Scholarly Publishing: Economics, Open Access and Academic Culture

What are the new models for open access publishing? Economic pressures and technology have made way for change. These changes affect libraries, access to information, the promotion and tenure process and our visibility as a university. Spend a morning with colleagues learning and discussing how these issues impact the university's aspirations and goals. Session is open to everyone - library staff, faculty, graduate students. Coffee, tea and refreshments will be provided.
