[PAST EVENT] Yoga Day Hike

Come out with Outdoor Rec and experience the unique coastal estuary environment of York River State Park! During the hike you will be able to strike poses like salute the sun, silver surfer or downward facing dog as well as explore marshes, shoreline and the forest while discovering the rich wildlife this park has to offer.
