Using a variety of artistic mediums we'll explore feelings and work on relaxing your mind and body. No art experience is necessary; the focus is on self-expression and connecting with others. Gain insight into your emotions, learn new coping skills, and process feelings with peers in a supportive environment. Led by Certified Art Therapist, Sarah Balascio.
