Poses will be held in a traditional yin style, for 3-5 minutes, allowing time for the connective tissue to open. The class will have a longer savasana with the singing bowls to experience the vibrational effect of sound. This class will take place in Studio A in the Wellness Center. 

  • Registration and an active FitWell Membership are required, free for full-time students
  • Registration opens 48 hours in advance, sign-up on the W&M Wellness app or online, wellness.wm.edu
