[PAST EVENT] Implicit Bias - Afternoon Session

Originally designed to meet the needs of the Cornell faculty, the Cornell Interactive Theatre Ensemble has been so successful, that other colleges and universities have requested their program.
While the scenario is set in a faculty search meeting, the learning about how unconscious bias works is relevant to any setting, especially those in which the candidates are reviewed as a potential hire.
