Do the police need a warrant to put a GPS tracker on your car and monitor your moves? How long should they be able to use GPS surveillance? The panel will discuss those questions and more on government surveillance of private citizens.

Panel includes: Orin Kerr, leading scholar in Fourth Amendment jurisprudence; Steve Leckar, attorney arguing the case before the Supreme Court; Melanie Wilson, visiting professor and well-known Fourth Amendment scholar. Paul Marcus will moderate.
