Deborah Schwartzkopf received her M.F.A. from Penn State, which is a very select ceramics program. She has been the artist-in-residence at many of the major clay studios around the country including Archie Bray Foundation in Helena, Mont., The Clay Studio in Philadelphia, Pa., and Pottery Northwest in Seattle, Wash.
