Kate Doyle, Senior Analyst at the National Security Archive, will be discussing declassified intelligence records from the US and from the recently discovered Guatemalan National Police archive, and their use in current human rights trials in Guatemala and Spain. She's been leading the search for documentary evidence of abuses perpetrated during Guatemala's civil war and has testified against military officials accused of genocide, among other crimes.
