In Japan, people scatter beans to drive demons away on Feb. 3th (the day before the beginning of spring in Japan). They say Oniwa-soto! Hukuwa-uchi! (Out with the evil! In with fortune!) and throw beans at demons. In this event, you throw beans at your opponents to get them out of the court. It's like dodgeball!!
The winning team will get presents!!!
