Ms. Marchesini will discuss both the inner workings of the World Bank and broader trends in development policy in the past five years. A research analyst for the World Bank, her visit will provide a unique opportunity for students to discuss career opportunities in the Bank as well as recent shifts in World Bank policy.

Ms. Marchesini will hold a coffee hour for interested students to discuss her work at the World Bank and the way in which her educational experiences at William & Mary prepared her for work in the field of international development. She will also have dinner on Thursday night and breakfast on Friday morning with faculty and students.
