Academic writing is foundational to success in graduate school. Graduate students benefit from a writing community by engaging in collaboration and communication. This discussion will focus on two strategies for graduate students to build their academic writing skills. The first strategy addresses the benefits of creating a writing group for peer review and accountability. The second strategy addresses establishing the necessary time and space for academic writing. Three William & Mary graduate students will share their experiences and answer your questions to help support your academic writing.
