The day will highlight GIS activities across campus and includes Introduction to GIS workshops, an afternoon of lightning talks from students and faculty and an evening student mapping for good Mapathon event to support earthquake relief in Afghanistan. GIS Day promises to be educational and fun so on come out and learn a little about GIS.
