Tai Chi with Stan Rockwell uses the ancient Chinese internal martial arts to manage stress and anxiety and flow towards peace. Taiji or Tai Chi is an internal martial art, which focuses on moving energy, on softness and flexibility overcoming rigidity and hardness, and a few ounces deflecting a thousand pounds. Each movement encompasses a martial intention, a philosophy of yin and yang, and a health aspect. The focus is on health - slow, smooth, graceful movements that enhance mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical balance.
