[PAST EVENT] myIDP Workshop for Science Graduate Students (session 2)

An individual development plan (IDP) helps you explore career possibilities and set goals to follow the career path that fits you best. myIDP is a tool designed specifically for graduate students in the sciences. During this session, participants will reflect on their self-assessment exercises, connect their results to potential career paths, and create action steps for their plan.
