Join members of HOPE and Health Promotion for few hours of fun and relaxation! Take a moment to relax during this busy time with some tea and snacks, coloring, and other stress relieving activities. Counseling Center staff will be available to talk with you about your own mental well-being and provide some stress relieving and self-care tips and tricks for you to use during this busy time in the academic year.
