A panel of local government attorneys will discuss the topic of Land Use Planning and Local Regulation in Light of Today?s Environmental Challenges (recurrent flooding/sea level rise, the Bay TMDL requirements, the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act, etc.). The panel speakers are James Barnett (York County), Bonnie Brown J.D. '12 (Hampton), and Tom Swartzwelder (King and Queen County).  Sponsored by the Virginia Coastal Policy Center and the Student Environmental & Animal Law Society (SEALS) at William & Mary Law School.  Free and all are welcome.
