Dr. Joanne Kong, University of Richmond professor and advocate, is speaking at W&M about plant-based diets, the environment, and health! Her talk, "Food for Thought: How a Greener Diet Can Transform You and the Planet", addresses the critical impact of animal agriculture and meat consumption on the environment, our relationships to other living beings, and our health.
