AMP and Campus Rec are joining together to bring you a day of FREE exercise classes on the Sunken Garden. Here's the schedule--come by for any class you'd like!
11 a.m.: Yoga (bring your own mat or towel)
12 p.m.: Zumba
1 p.m.: Body Combat
2 p.m.: Cardio Dance Party
Come out for a brisk, fall day filled with fitness, friends and fun as you try out some of the very best exercise classes!
