Join W&M Sustainability and Campus Recreation at 5:30pm for a full hour of yoga at The Martha Wren Briggs Amphitheatre at Lake Matoaka! Enjoy a free, fresh-air yoga session and a hands-on approach to understand the connection between sustainability and wellness. Please wear appropriate and comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mats (or towel!). This event sponsored by W&M Campus Recreation, W&M Sustainability and SEAC. Free and open to the public.
