Deni this Friday Nov 9 at noon at 427 Scotland St. when he presents on his book NATO and Article 5: The Transatlantic Alliance and the Twenty-First-Century Challenges of Collective Defense.

Deni is a Research Professor of Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational (JIIM) Security Studies at the Strategic Studies Institute, part of the U.S. Army War College, and an Adjunct Professorial Lecturer at American University's School of International Service. In the past, he has served as a political advisor for senior U.S. military commanders in Europe, planned military relationships between the United States and its European allies, was a lecturer at Heidelberg University?s Institute for Political Science, and has consulted US government departments on national security issues. He graduated from W&M with degrees in IR and government.
