Counseling Center Events

Location

This group is an opportunity for students who have taken a leave of absence from the university to give and receive social support. Participants may endorse a variety of reasons for leaving including, though not limited to, medical issues, emotional challenges, serious academic concerns, personal emergencies, family and financial responsibilities, military service, and/or grief and loss. This 8-week support group will be held every Tuesday at 1:00pm through March 31, 2020 at the William & Mary Counseling Center in the McLeod Tyler Wellness Center. This is a drop-in group and thus, students do not need to commit to all meetings in order to participate. No registration is required and students do not need to be clients at the William & Mary Counseling Center.
