[PAST EVENT] Here for the Girls & WLS Breast Cancer Speakers
Women's Law is honored to partner with Here for the Girls (H4TG), a local nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of young people diagnosed and impacted by breast cancer. On 9/29 during the lunch hour, join us to hear from the H4TG team, including their Psychological Support Manager, who is a breast cancer survivor, and learn more about the H4TG mission. Members from the law school community will also share their experiences with breast cancer. In solidarity, we ask for members of the W&M community to wear pink on 9/29. On Saturday, 10/9, H4TG's annual Run for the Hills charity 5k will be taking place in Williamsburg. WLS has a team participating, and we encourage you to join our team to run/walk with us whether in-person or virtually! WLS will be tabling in the lobby the weeks of 9/27 & 10/4 for 5k sign-ups, to collect donations, and to raffle off a quilt made by breast cancer survivor and Dean's Office member, Cassi Fritzius.
