[PAST EVENT] Guest Lecture: Kenneth Feinberg, Reflections on Mass Torts

Mr. Feinberg is best known for serving as the Special Master of the Federal September 11th Victim Compensation Fund of 2001, as the Fund Administrator for the Hokie Spirit Memorial Fund following the tragic shootings at Virginia Tech, and as the government-appointed administrator of the BP Deepwater Horizon Disaster Victim Compensation Fund.
Mr. Feinberg is founder and managing partner of Feinberg Rozen, LLP.
In 2011, the Law School faculty honored him with the Marshall-Wythe Medallion, which recognizes members of the legal community who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and accomplishment.
