Klarman, an American legal historian and constitutional law scholar, who is the Kirkland & Ellis Professor at Harvard Law School and Alan Meese, Ball Professor of Law and Cabell Research Professor at W&M Law School. The topic: Constitutional Originalism: Should the Constitution be interpreted in accordance with the original understanding of the Framers?
