Exercise is Medicine-on Campus calls upon universities and colleges to promote physical activity as a vital sign of health. Join us in making movement a part of the daily campus culture.

Take a break and boost your mood with this walk led by Martha Rouleau, from Health and Wellness, a Reiki practitioner and Meditation Instructor. Meet at the Martha Wren Briggs Amphitheatre at Lake Matoaka at 12pm. The first 20 participants to arrive will get Campus Rec stress balls!
