Body Weight Exercise Basics

Introduction to Body Weight Exercise Basic will teach functional and strength-based exercises that build power in the whole body. All that’s needed is your person; no additional materials are used. Join us at Lake Matoaka to learn exercises you can do anywhere and get in a workout in the fresh air! At the end of this program, you will have the skills to stay active, feel strong, and conquer all your fitness goals no matter where you are! This class will take place at the Martha Wren Briggs Amphitheatre at Lake Matoaka. A FitWell membership is required. Drop-in Class Pass for participants without a membership is $5.
