Strength Training for Runners

Lifting for runners will include education on incorporating strength training into your running routine, followed by a workout led by personal trainers Claire and Nicole so that you can be confident in doing the exercises on your own! These exercises and continued training will take your runs to the next level and help you smash all your running goals! This class will take place in the McLeod Studio on the main level of the Rec Center. A FitWell membership is required. Drop-in Class Pass for participants without a membership is $5.
