The Bee McLeod Recreation Center

Using all of your favorite dance moves, this class will take your workout and level of exhilaration through the roof! No dance experience is needed to take this class. Just be prepared to cut loose and have a great time! Participants are advised to bring a water bottle and hand towel. This class will take place in the McLeod Studio on the main level of the Rec Center.

  • Registration and an active FitWell Membership are required, free for full-time students
  • Registration opens 48 hours in advance, sign-up on the W&M Wellness app or online, wellness.wm.edu
