The AidData Center for Development Policy will be adding 12 new interns to the research team this spring! The deadline to apply for an intern position is Friday, February 1st. Interviews for qualified applicants will be scheduled the following week.
Interns at AidData are directly involved with the coding and collection of development finance data, and in the coming semesters, will be specifically tasked with geo-referencing aid projects. No specific background or skills are required; we train all of our interns in the necessary coding methodologies. However, foreign language skills, GIS experience, and an engaged interest in international development are qualities that will give applicants an advantage in securing an intern position.
