H-1B is a common work authorization that some students utilize after OPT, for employees who are sponsored by their companies. In this session, we’ll cover both cap-subject (with lottery) H-1B sponsorship, and cap exempt (the type of H-1Bs we use for W&M employees). This session is aimed at current students.
