[PAST EVENT] Great Decisions in Foreign Affairs: China & Foreign Aid

In cooperation with the Williamsburg Regional Library and the Woman's Club of Williamsburg, the League of Women Voters in Williamsburg sponsors a series of eight lectures on foreign affairs as a service to the Williamsburg area community.
For the series grand finale Austin Strange and Brad Parks of AidData at the Institute for the Theory & Practice of International Relations at William & Mary will examine foreign aid from China to developing countries in Africa.
Refreshments are served beginning at 10:00 am, with the lectures at 10:30. Speakers are experts on the topics and usually come from Virginia or the Washington, DC/New York areas.
