The William & Mary Summer National Security Institute is a joint initiative between the Project on International Peace and Security (PIPS) and the William & Mary in Washington, D.C. Office.

The Security Institute is a rigorous six credit hour summer program that provides students with classroom training in international security, while also giving them practical experience by placing them in a faculty-mentored internship in Washington D.C. In the past, students have interned at a variety of organizations, such as the Center for Strategic and International Studies, National Defense University, Council on Hemispheric Affairs, Hudson Institute, International Cyber Center, Pulitzer Center for Crisis Reporting, and Stimson Center.

If you want to learn more about this program come to the information session at the Sadler Center on Sept. 28.
