[PAST EVENT] Defense Intelligence Scholar Program

Enroll in the Master of Science of Strategic Intelligence or Masters of Science in Science and Technology Intelligence degree programs.
Participants in the DISP will receive:
- A full-time study in the tuition-free MSSI or MSTI degree programs
- Full salary and government benefits (health insurance, retirement, etc.)
- Salary based on prior education only
- Consideration for full-time employment with DIA upon completion of the degree program.
Eligible candidates:
- A baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale, or its equivalent at the time of application
- Official Graduate Record Exam (GRE) scores
- Individuals with a Master?s degree are not required to take the GRE
- A cover letter of no more than 500 words. Suggested topics include which degree program you?d like to pursue, your motivation for graduate study in intelligence, your professional goals and objectives, and/or your achievements in your studies or career that will enhance your capabilities to undertake such a degree.
Deadline for applications: 20 October 2011 (all supplemental material ? transcripts, GRE scores, letter of recommendation ? must be received by 11 November 2011.
