On-campus screening of the new documentary film "Unfinished Spaces," followed by a Skype Q&A with film's director, Alysa Nahmias. The film tells the story of a utopian architectural project, the National Arts Schools, initiated in the first, heady days of the Cuban Revolution and their complicated fate since then. "A remarkable story" (LA Times review) and a very human portrait of the travails of Cuba since 1959.
