In celebration of Filipino American History Month, WMFASA is proud to bring Carlos Alberto Ibay to campus! Come and watch a live performance by Mr. Ibay, a blind Filipino-American piano virtuoso and heroic tenor who has become world-renowned for his talent. He has truly overcome all obstacles.
