When you have lived most of your life in America, but were born in and have relatives in China, where do you believe you belong?
For Sara Wang, the answer isn’t black and white.
Viewed as a foreigner in the US but not seen as a native abroad, she will be sharing anecdotes on how she dealt with unique situations. As part of China Night 2017, come have a conversation with Sara, a junior at the College, as she discusses her personal experiences dealing with displaced identity and cultural differences.
This event will be held on Friday, March 17th from 4 to 5:30 PM in the Reves Room. It is free and open to the public. Pizza and refreshments will be provided!
