We'll be selling onigiri, castella, and matcha cookies for $1 to raise money for children orphaned by the Great East Japan earthquake and tsunami that hit Tohoku, Japan in 2011. This wonderful Japanese organization, Ashinaga, builds "Rainbow Houses" where these orphans can gather and receive social, emotional, and financial support. Here's the link if you're interested~
