When emotions run hot on issues that are important to us, dialogue sometimes breaks down when we need it the most. Crucial Conversations is a highly interactive workshop that helps participants learn skills they need during these moments. Participants will be introduced to several results-oriented skills that will be practiced throughout the workshop. Due to the need for conversations partners, participants must attend all day both days.
