Crucial Conversations for Master Dialogue is a two-day, highly interactive workshop. Learn how to communicate effectively when both risk and opportunity are greatest: when opinions vary, stakes are high, and emotions run strong. This in-person course would cost $1,795 through the Crucial Learning organization but is being offered for free to faculty and staff. Only 18 seats available in the workshop.
