Please join meditation facilitators and representatives from UVA, Virginia Tech, and William & Mary for a morning of secular meditative practices and a live question and answer session with experts. Participants are welcome to join for all or part of the event. Whether you are a beginner or experienced meditation practitioner please join us to celebrate togetherness and resilience as we navigate these challenging times.
